If you win the jackpot of a major lottery, is it mandatory to have your name and photo taken for publicity?
Is this a mandatory requirement if you win like millions of dollars in the lottery? Or, could you claim the prize and request that your name and photo not be disclosed to the public (on the lottery's website or in local newspapers, etc.) - like if you just wanted to be private and discreet about your
